The Lord has allowed Tina to speak into the lives of women's hearts over the course of the last 20 years. She has been speaking at retreats and conferences for over 17 years and has seen much fruit come forth due to her warmth, transparency, and Holy Spirit led conversation. Tina is a Bible teacher and has an incredible love for God's Word. She partners the Word with the leading of the Holy Spirit. She believes the two must go together for effective ministry. Tina is a favorite among women due to the feeling of ease and trust they have with her. She is able to effectively teach God's Word using life examples to illustrate her points. Over and over women have said Tina has been used as a light for them in a dark time.

Tina ministers in a different way in that she makes herself completely available for the retreat or conference time. Much personal ministry happens in hallways, in between sessions, or at meals. Tina believes that women need a space to be seen, heard, and fully loved. She also believes they need a solid teaching of the Word of God along with the power of the Holy Spirit to enable them to walk it out and find freedom.
